Warren Koppenhafer, the owner and CEO of local business Kope Services, noticed that Soldier and Sailors Park looked dirty, so he and his crew volunteered their exterior cleaning services to the city at no cost.

“The park is right downtown and used for Music in the Park. It is a focal point of the city and we thought it should look good,” said Koppenhafer.

Koppenhafer and his crew started their day at 5 a.m. and cleaned the park’s monument, gazebo, amphitheater, and walkways.

By 10 a.m., the difference was incredible. Kope Services’ soft wash cleaning removes dirt and moss from the surfaces and makes the park more appealing from every angle.

Kope Services also does exterior cleaning for homes and businesses and mobile fleet washing.
