Warren Players to present ‘Seussical’ next month at Struthers

The Warren Players are set to bring Dr. Seuss to life on the stage of the Struthers Library Theatre next month.
The Players have announced the cast for its production of “Seussical.”
“A magical musical extravaganza, ‘Seussical’ is fun for the entire family,” Colette Bonavita explained. “Tony winners, Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty have lovingly brought to life our favorite Dr. Seuss characters, including Horton the Elephant, The Cat in the Hat, Gertrude McFuzz, Mayzie LaBird and a little boy with a big imagination – Jojo.”
Performances will be held on Friday, April 5 and Saturday, April 6 at 7 pm as well as at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7.
Amanda Beil is directing the production assisted by Caitlin Webster and vocal direction by Rachel Harvey.

“The colorful characters transport us from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus to the invisible world of the Whos,” Bonavita added.
Tickets are $20 for adults, $18 for seniors and $16 for students. Children ages 5 and under are free. Ticket prices include a processing fee.
