Pleas entered in county court
Six defendants entered guilty pleas before Judge Gregory Hammond during arraignment and change of plea proceedings last week at the Warren County Courthouse.
The following defendants entered guilty pleas:
David M. Boehm, 68, Pleasantville, Pa., to simple assault and criminal trespass. Charges of recklessly endangering another person, defiant trespass and two counts of harassment were not prosecuted.
Cody A. Boutelle, 33, Clarendon, to DUI and two traffic offenses. Charges including DUI and three traffic offenses were not prosecuted.
Shondell M. Hernandez, 31, Jamestown, NY, to endangering the welfare of children.
Michael J. Lasher, 25, Erie, Pa., to DUI and a traffic offense. An additional traffic offense was not prosecuted.
Michael A. Miranda, 23, Warren, to assault of a law enforcement officer, simple assault and harassment. Charges including three counts of aggravated assault to a law enforcement officer, obstructing the administration of law and two counts of simple assault were not prosecuted.
George L. Moyer, 49, Columbus, to harassment and resisting arrest. Charges of aggravated assault and resisting arrest were not prosecuted.
The following defendants pleaded not guilty:
Brian E. Craker, 52, Warren. Craker has been charged with four counts of stalking.
Dustin Nelson, 43, Clarendon. Nelson has been charged with burglary, conspiracy (burglary), theft and conspiracy (theft).
Stephanie J. Nelson, 49, Russell. Nelson has been charged with two counts of DUI and four traffic violations.
Edward J. Nolte, 51, Corry. Nolte has been charged with kidnapping, terroristic threats, false imprisonment, two counts of criminal mischief and harassment.
