Sentences handed down in Warren County Court
Judge Gregory Hammond handed down a number of sentences Friday in Warren County court, including:
Caitlin Marie Arnold, 31, of Warren, to two years of probation to be served consecutively to an existing sentence she is serving and 60 hours of community service. She was also ordered to pay $2042.43 restitution, have no contact with her victim and to not trespass on her victim’s property for counts of defiant trespass and theft.
Amber Liza Kiley, 40, of Russell, to two months to two years less one day incarceration, 90 days of parole to be served consecutively to her incarceration and 40 hours of community service for charges of resisting arrest and harassment.
Valerie Ann Kiser, 32, of Warren, to five years of restrictive probation, the first 30 days to be served incarcerated, the next 60 on house arrest and the remainder on probation; an additional two to six months incarceration and an additional two years probation to be served consecutively; 110 hours of community service; an 18 month suspension of vehicle operating privileges and $1,700 in fines on counts of DUI, simple assault, obstruction of justice, resisting arrest and driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked.
Michelle Lynn Marasco, 48, of Russell, to six months probation, $350 in fines and 15 hours of community service for counts of DUI, careless driving and a summary traffic offense of operating without a hazard lamp.
Noah James Marcy, 22, of Warren, to six months of restrictive probation, the first three months to be served incarcerated, the next three months to be served on probation; a $1,000 fine; $45,571.38 in fines and restitution;18 months suspension of vehicle operating privileges and 15 hours of community service for counts of DUI, violation of restrictions on alcoholic beverages and reckless driving.
Albert Lee Milburn III, 43, of Russell, to six months to one year incarceration with credit for 170 days time served, 30 hours of community service, have no contact with his victim and to not trespass on his victim’s property for a count of defiant trespass.
Kevin Norman Nelson, 32, of Warren, to two days to one year incarceration, one year of probation to be served consecutively and 40 hours of community service for counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kathryn Isabel Steinkamp, 31, of Warren, to 176 days to one year incarceration with credit for 176 days served, 30 hours of community service, have no contact with her victim and to not trespass on her victim’s property for a count of harassment.
Kyle S. Swick, 20, of Warren, to six months restrictive probation, the first 72 hours to be served incarcerated, a $1,000 fine, 15 hours community service and a one year suspension of vehicle operating privileges for a count of DUI.
Amber Lynelle Theuret, 33, of Warren, to 16 to 44 months incarceration to be served consecutively to an existing sentence and $565 restitution for counts of criminal trespass, false statements to law enforcement, flight from apprehension, criminal mischief and two counts of possession of a controlled substance in multiple incidents.
David Joseph Tremblay, Jr., 49, of Warren, to six months of restrictive probation, the first 72 hours to be served incarcerated; $1,025 in fines, 15 hours of community service and a one year suspension of motor vehicle operating privileges for counts of DUI and operating a vehicle without valid inspection.
