Man facing charges for methamphetamine
A 20-year-old man faces charges after being found with methamphetamine in the city of Warren.
According to a criminal complaint, Scheyne Ray Gray was found in possession of just under 10 grams of methamphetamine as well as marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
According to the complaint, Grey was found with 9.78 grams of methamphetamine in three separate bags, a glass smoking pipe with drug residue, Q-tips with drug residue, four plastic bags and a small blue container containing marijuana.
Gray was arraigned Wednesday before Magisterial District Judge Laura S. Bauer on a felony drug possession charge and misdemeanor charges of possession of controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Gray is currently being held at the Warren County Prison in lieu of $50,000 cash bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. Sept. 6 before Bauer.
