The Warren County Visitors Bureau sponsored and hosted a photography workshop featuring Jeremy Bickling of Stratos Media Solutions on Saturday, April 29, called “Capturing the Moment: Mastering Cell Phone Photography.” There were 17 participants ranging from people from visitors bureau member businesses, people from the public, and WCVB staff and board members. Jeremy showed participants how to maximize the features of their cell phones and gave tips and tricks for artistic composition and quality. Participants got to practice with their own phones using the new techniques and were given some presets to use in editing, courtesy of Stratos. “We saw this as a part of our mission to promote the county as, not only should it help us at the visitors bureau as we are constantly taking photos for promotional purposes, but it is also a way to get more beautiful photos out there taken by others,” WCVB Executive Director Casey Ferry said.
