The Kids In Need (KIN) Community Fund has been helping see to the needs of local students since 2013.

The program was initially created to help students who were homeless. It has grown since.

The third annual KIN Fund Golf Tournament will be held Saturday, July 9, at Jackson Valley Golf Course.

“The annual golf fundraiser is also a special opportunity to celebrate the life of Boyd Freeborough,” Warren County School District administrator who passed away in February 2021, according to District Director of Pupil Services Dr. Patricia Mead.

The district is seeking sponsors and golfers.

The deadline to register to play in the tournament is Thursday, June 30. Sign-ups are available by calling (814) 489-7803 or by stopping at the pro shop.
