WellSpring Home & Garden to re-open at new location

WellSpring Home & Garden is ready to roll out the work of local artisans at a new location starting this week.

The store — operating as a non-profit — is a program sponsored by the Forest-Warren Mental Wellness Association (FWMWA), part of Journey Health System. The store had been located on Warren’s south side but will re-open Wednesday at a new location, 1885 Market St.

The grand re-opening will run through Saturday.

“Everyone is invited to our open house for a fun holiday shopping experience,” Trista Wilcox, operations manager at FWMWA, explained. “We will be offering 20% off holiday decor and Root Candles, free refreshments and door prize drawings during the four days.”

Organizers highlight that the new location offered more parking as well as additional store space to sell handcrafted items from both their clients as well as local artisans. Art, jewelry, home decor, candles and plants are just some of what will be available.

They say every purchase will support clients and community members in recovery.

Store hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. as well as Wednesday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Additional information is available at facebook.com/WellspringHomeAndGarden or by calling 814-406-9255. Anyone looking to become a consignment vendor at the store is asked to email twilcox@fwmwa.org.
