Steven A. Denardi, 50, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Nov. 3 with terroristic threats and harassment from an incident that occurred on Oct. 11 in the City of Warren.

Savannah L. Palmer, 19, Titusville, Pa., was charged by City of Warren police on Nov. 1 with simple assault, disorderly conduct and two counts of harassment from an incident that occurred on Oct. 30 in the City of Warren.

Brandy M. Agee, 41, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Nov. 1 with two counts of DUI from an incident that occurred on Oct. 28 in the City of Warren.
