Tuesday marked the first day of school for more than 4,000 students in Warren County. Carter Nosel is pictured getting ready to head off to his first day of pre-K at St. Joseph School. His mom, Samantha, said his “first day was great” even though it was hard to let him go. “They grow up so fast,” she said. But Carter? “He was very excited and did not shed a tear,” she added. “He made new friends and his favorite part of the day was snack time.”
