Three deaths, six new cases announced Thursday

There were three more COVID-related deaths added to Warren County’s total on Thursday, but only six new cases.

The number of deaths continues to rise. According to the Pennsylvania Department of Health, 88 county residents have died COVID-related deaths.

The Thursday release indicates that there have been 1,976 cases of COVID-19 in Warren County. That is an increase of six compared to Wednesday.

Of the cases, 502 were announced this month and 551 in the last 30 days. The department considers cases that do not result in deaths to be recovered after 30 days. According to that calculation, there could be almost 500 active cases in the county.
