City of Warren

Robbery. Brandon Shirley, 33, and Derrick Shirley, 29, both of warren were charged with robbery on Tuesday, October 1, after officers responded to a report that a victim had been injured during a robbery.

Two-Vehicle Accident. Devin Nuhfer, 32, of Warren, was cited for not yielding roadway on Friday, October 11, after a two-vehicle accident on Route 6.

DUI. Thomas Byers, 47, of Warren, was charged with DUI – general impairment and DUI – highest rate of alcohol 2nd offense on Sunday, October 13, following a traffic stop.

Propulsion of Missiles. James Ferguson, 33, of Warren, was charged with propulsion of missiles onto roadways, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after officers responded to a report of a male throwing objects into the roadway on Tuesday, October 15. He was placed in the WCJ on $5,000 bail.

Stalking. David Nulph, 35, of Warren, was charged with stalking on Friday, October 18, following an investigation.

Mead Twp.

Possession. At 3:53 p.m., Monday, October 7, a traffic stop was conducted on a 2007 Ford Focus on Route 6, Mead Township. A vehicle search was conduted and drug paraphernalia was allegedly found in the passenger compartment of the vehicle. Lugene Sturdevant, 31, of Sheffield, was arrested for possession of paraphernalia via criminal complaint through MDJ Zydonik’s office.

Tidioute Borough

Harass Threaten. At 7:40 p.m., Tuesday, October 8, Christopher Campbell, 34, of Tidioute, allegedly got into a verbal altercation with Scott Lewis, 61, of Tidioute. The situation escalated and Lewis allegedly made several threatening statements towards Campbell. According to Lewis, Campbell then refused to leave Lewis’s property. Lewis then allegedly got into his truck and struck Campbell’s vehicle as he attempted to leave the property. Campbell was charged with criminal trespass – defiant trespass via criminal complaint through MDJ Woodin’s office. Lewis was charged with simple assault, terroristic threats, criminal mischief and harassment via criminal complain through MDJ Woodin’s office.
