WCCY’s Connie Snyder honored

Warren County Children and Youth’s Connie Snyder, Adoption/GPS Caseworker III, was recently honored at the 27th Annual Pennsylvania Permanency Conference on June 12, 2019 at Kalahari Resorts and Conventions in Pocono Manor, Pa.

Snyder, a 13-year employee with Children and Youth, was the recipient of the Permanency Professional Award. This award is given to a professional working in a public or private child welfare agency who has actively demonstrated their support and commitment to finding permanency for children in the children welfare system through adoption, formal kinship or permanent legal custodianship.

In the 13 years Ms. Snyder has been with the agency, she has found forever families for 62 children.
