LIBRARY TO HOST RENT REBATE APPLICATION WORKSHOP Those who are 65 years of age or older, and either a homeowner or renter whose income is $45,000 or less may be eligible for “rent rebate” money from the state. They might also qualify if they meet any of these additional eligibility criteria: widows or widowers 50 and older, any person with a qualifying disability 18 or older.
