Ride, hike

On Sunday the Allegheny Outdoor Club will ride or hike the Kinzua bike trail. The group will meet at the Kinzua Bridge visitors center at 2 p.m. This is an out and back trip on an easy trail. Earl Ross will lead the hike or ride and can be reached at 814-726-3920 or 814-706-1198 for any questions. On Sunday, July 30, there will be a hike at Tracy Ridge. The group will meet at 1:30 p.m. at Musante Street in Warren or by 2:10 p.m. at the Tracy Ridge parking area. Tom Patterson will lead the hike and can be reached at 814-232-2542 for any questions.

Forest offices closed today

Allegheny National Forest Offices will be closed today so employees can attend a forest-wide training day. Offices will reopen for regular business hours on Friday.

Newton Dinner Club to meet today

The Newton Dinner Club will meet today at 12:30 p.m. at Double Ds in Garland.

Warren Vegan Dinner
