A Tidioute man has been jailed on $25,000 bail after a domestic incident on Friday in Limestone Township. According to the State Police at Warren, Thomas E. Peterson Jr., 67, of Tidioute was charged with simple assault, unlawful restraint, second-degree felony strangulation/applying pressure to the throat or neck and harassment.
