A Spring Creek man has been jailed on $250,000 bail after two incidents in Spring Creek. Jeffrey M. A Falconer, N.Y., man is withdrawing his October guilty plea to a charge of providing a false statement. Brent R. Area native charged in Chicago murder

An area native has been charged in Chicago with murder one year after his wife was found dead at the bottom of a stairwell in a high-rise condo building in Chicago. Adam Beckerink, 47, of Chicago, is a Frewsburg native. He was charged in late October first first-degree murder in the death of his wife, Caitlin Tracey.
