Teaching hire sparked charges against area man
A decade-old incident between a man charged Wednesday with corruption of minors surfaced after the man was hired as a long-term substitute teacher in the Warren County School District. Logan N. Beard, 35, of Warren was charged by Warren County Detectives on Wednesday with third-degree felony corruption of minors - defendant age 18 or above, third-degree felony unlawful contact with a minor - sexual offenses and misdemeanor indecent exposure.
