Public drunkenness. Steven J. Wedge, 38, of Warren was charged with public drunkenness and similar misconduct Jan. 12 by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident Jan. 9 in Conewango Township.

EXPUNGEMENTS

Harassment. Dana J. McWilliams, 42, of Corry was charged with harassment Sept. 29 by the State Police at Corry after an alleged incident Sept. 28 in Columbus Township. She was found not guilty in court Oct. 27.

Tax violation. Dan M. Sorvelli was cited for failure to pay employer withholding tax Oct. 24 by the Bureau of Enforcement and Taxpayer Assistance for a business in Pine Grove Township. He was found not guilty Dec. 10.

Harassment. Steven L. Hinson, 34, of Warren was charged with harassment Oct. 29 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Sept. 13 in Warren. He was found not guilty in court Dec. 11.

Harassment. Nicholas L. Bryan, 46, of Warren was charged with harassment Oct. 16 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Sept. 22 in Warren. He was found not guilty in court Dec. 1.
