Assault. Adam R. J. Sarver, 21, of Clarendon was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct engaged in fighting and harassment Oct. 31 by Warren city police after an alleged incident Sept. 18 in Warren.

Harassment. Thmas Kish, 46, of Warren was charged with harassment Oct. 30 by Warren city police after an alleged incident Sept. 22 in Warren.
