Thomas, 36, of Warren was charged with two counts of second-degree felony aggravated assault, simple assault, resisting arrest/other law enforcement, obstructing administration of law/other law government function and disorderly conduct Oct. 27 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Oct. 27 in Warren.

Harassment. Trisha M. Strait, 35, of Warren was charged with harassment Oct. 21 by Warren city police after an alleged incident Sept. 13 in Warren.

Harassment. Dale P. Keeney, 62, of Russell was charged with harassment Oct. 23 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Oct. 17 in Elk Township.

Harassment. Diane M. Keeney, 61, of Russell was charged with harassment Oct. 23 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Oct. 17 in Elk Township.

Criminal mischief. Rodney T. Thomas, 36, of Warren was charged with criminal mischief – damaging property and resisting arrest/other law enforcement Oct. 22 by Conewango Township police officers following an alleged incident Oct. 6 in Conewango Township.

Tax violation. Dan M. Sorvelli was cited for failure to pay employer withholding tax Oct. 24 by the Bureau of Enforcement and Taxpayer Assistance for a business in Pine Grove Township.

Resisting arrest. Trisha M. Strait, 35, of Warren was charged with resisting arrest/other law enforcement and disorderly conduct Oct. 26 by Warren city police officers after an incident in the city of Warren.

Resisting arrest. Christopher J. Johnston, 35, of Bradford, Pa., was charged with resisting arrest/other law enforcement, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness Oct. 28 by Conewango Township police after an alleged incident Oct. 28 in Conewango Township.

Harassment. Jaden C. Tinko, 18, of Columbus, Pa., was charged with harassment by the State Police at Corry Oct. 22 after an alleged incident Oct. 21 in Columbus Township.

Harassment. Janelle M. Craft, 40, of Columbus, Pa., was charged with harassment by the State Police at Corry Oct. 22 after an alleged incident Oct. 21 in Columbus Township.

Simple assault. Kelly M. Kuzminski, 44, of Warren, was charged with simple assault Oct. 22 by the State Police at Warren after an alleged incident Oct. 22 in Pleasant Township. Kuzminski was jailed on $25,000 bail.

Game Commission violation. John A. Dick Jr., 81, of Pittsburgh, Pa., was cited for a safety zones violation Oct. 24 by game wardens after an alleged incident Oct. 23 in Limestone Township.

Game Commission violation. Joseph J. Scherrbaum Jr., 71, of Tionesta, Pa., was cited for a safety zones violation Oct. 24 by game wardens after an alleged incident Oct. 23 in Limestone Township.
