Assault. Aubree S. L. Edwards, 18, of Warren was charged with simple assault and harassment Oct. 16 by Warren city police after an alleged incident Oct. 15 in Warren.

Loitering. Hector M. Cruz III, 20, of Warren was charged with loitering and prowling at night time Oct. 16 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Oct. 6 in Warren.

Retail theft. Marcellino Hernandez of Jamestown, N.Y., was charged with retail theft – taking merchandise, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and false identification to a law enforcement officer Oct. 17 by Conewango Township police officers after an alleged incident Oct. 16 in the city of Warren.

Assault. Larry P. Babcock Jr., 42, of Warren was charged with simple assault and harassment Oct. 16 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Oct. 15 in Warren. Bail was set at $50,000.

Harassment. Nicholas L. Bryan, 46, of Warren was charged with harassment Oct. 16 by Warren city police officers after an alleged incident Sept. 22 in Warren.
