Disorderly conduct. Gregory B. McKinney, 36, Warren, was charged by City of Warren police on Dec. 15 with two counts each of disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness from an incident that occurred on Nov. 13 in the City of Warren.
Receiving stolen property. Seamus O. Gross, 18, Kittanning, Pa., was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Dec. 15 with receiving stolen property, corruption of minors and interference with the custody of children from an incident that occurred on Dec. 15 in Limestone Twp.
N. Warren County — District Judge Laura Bauer
Simple assault. Amy J. Kubecki, 43, Sheffield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Dec. 9 with simple assault and harassment from an incident that occurred on Dec. 9 in Clarendon Borough.
Retail theft. Kimberly E. Olson, 38, Jamestown, NY, was charged by Conewango Township police on Dec. 14 with retail theft from an incident that occurred on Nov. 27 in Conewango Twp.
Theft. Wesley F. Boozer, 49, Russell, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Dec. 14 with theft by unlawful taking from an incident that occurred on Nov. 29 in Conewango Twp.
W. Warren County — District Judge Todd Woodin
Possession. Joshua J. Walter, 37, Tidioute, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Dec. 13 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, duties at stop sign and driving while operating privilege suspended or revoked from an incident that occurred on Sept. 16 in Tidioute Borough.
Possession. Jacob S. Rose, 34, Irvine, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Dec. 13 with possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Nov. 15 in Brokenstraw Twp.
DUI. Curtis B. Randall, 52, Bear Lake, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Dec. 13 with two counts of DUI, driving while BAC .02 or greater while license suspended and disregard traffic lane from an incident that occurred on Aug. 24 in Pittsfield Twp.
Eldred Twp.
Crash. Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Dec. 13 at 6:53 a.m. on Mickle Hill Rd. south of Eldred Center Rd. A 2002 Buick Centry was traveling north at 45 miles per hour then the left front wheel came off the vehicle. Police say the operator, 47-year-old Erik M. Ward, TItusville, attempted to stop the vehicle but hit an embankment which caused the vehicle to roll on its roof. No injuries were reported.
