N. Warren County — District Judge Laura Bauer
Daniel F. Banko, Jr., 40, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Nov. 29 with two counts of DUI, careless driving and a speeding violation from an incident that occurred on Nov. 7 in Conewango Twp.
Mead Twp.
Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police conducted a DUI checkpoint on US 6 in Mead Township on Nov. 26 at 10 p.m. Roving patrols were also utilized during the checkpoint. Troopers say 55 motorists were contacted resulting in one DUI drug arrest, one drug possession/paraphernalia arrest, one other traffic citation and the issuance of five warnings.
