Five defendants sentenced in Warren County Court

Five more defendants were sentenced on Friday before Judge Gregory Hammond. They included:

¯ Joshua H. Cook, 28, of Jamestown, N.Y., for theft by unlawful taking. Cook was sentenced to 59 days to one year incarceration in the Warren County Jail with credit for time served and was eligible for immediate parole. He was ordered to complete a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all treatment recommendations, 30 hours of community service, and to have no contact with his victim. Cook was ordered to pay a $300 fine, court costs and $375 in fees.

¯ Rocky A. Denny, 37, of Warren, for criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness. Denny was sentenced to nine days to one year incarceration in the Warren County Jail with credit for time served and was eligible for immediate parole followed by one year of supervision by Warren County Adult Probation. He was ordered to complete 60 hours of community service and to continue to comply with all treatment recommendations from Gadenzia inpatient facility. Denny was ordered to pay a $900 fine, court costs and $375 in fees.

¯ Jeffrey A. Pfoutz, 50, of Youngsville, for DUI and driving on right side of roadway. Pfoutz was sentenced to 30 days in the Warren County Jail with early re-entry and work release eligibility followed by 6 months of supervision by Warren County Adult Probation. He was ordered to complete the Alcohol Highway Safety School and the Victim Impact Panel and pay the fees thereof, to complete 30 hours of community service, and to have his license suspended for a period of 12 months. He was ordered to get a drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all treatment recommendations, and to pay $25 fine, court costs and $545 in fees.

¯ Cheyenne J. Lore, 22, of Randolph, N.Y., for DUI, careless driving, and disregard traffic lane. Lore was sentenced to 72 hours incarceration in the Warren County Jail with credit for time served and was eligible for immediate parole followed by 6 months of supervision by Warren County Adult Probation. She was ordered to complete the Victim Impact Panel and Alcohol Highway Safety School and pay the fees thereof, to complete a drug and alcohol evaluation, to complete 15 hours of community service, and to a 12 month license suspension. Lore was ordered to pay $2,527 in restitution, $1,050 fine, court costs and $640 in fees.

¯Alexander L. Rosenburgh, 24, of Grand Valley, for criminal trespass and receiving stolen property. Rosenburgh was given an aggregate sentence of 20 to 60 months in a state correctional facility with credit for time served and boot camp and RRRI eligibility. He was ordered to have no contact with his victim, to submit his DNA to the state repository and to pay the costs thereof, and to pay $3,002.45 in restitution, a $2,000 fine, court costs and $375 in fees.
