Voter registration deadline in state is October 20

Club plans Sunday hike On Sunday, the Allegheny Outdoor Club is planning a hike. Meet at Musante Street, Warren at 1 p.m. Participants will travel Titusville to the Jersey Bridge parking lot before the Drakes Well Museum, 202 Museum Lane, Titusville. The hike will be a 4 mile loop on the Gerard trail on the west side of oil creek. The trail is very steep at the beginning then levels off. Jim and Kim Berkey will be leading this hike. This past Sunday, Jim Mazzu of Russell celebrated his 95th birthday. He was the owner of James Jewelers in downtown Warren for over 50 years and was a “first class” watch maker. He also is a Korean War veteran.
