Tony Thrift has joined JC Warren Real Estate LLC as a sales associate.

A resident of Warren since October 2001, Thrift brings 13 years of real estate sales experience and an additional 6 years of education, licensure, and credentialing knowledge gained as an employee of McKissock Education, a professional licensure and continuing education provider in Warren.

Thrift was born in New York, N.Y. in 1975. His family moved to Cassatt, S.C. in 1979 and in October 2001, after receiving his bachelor’s degree from Newberry College, Tony moved to Warren.

According to a statement from the company, Thrift “strives to bring these traits into his real estate business and build good relationships with his fellow man, whether they be a past, current, or potential client or just someone he’s meeting for the first time in the grocery store.”

An avid outdoorsman, Thrift enjoys playing, watching and coaching sports of all kinds. During his time in Warren, Tony has volunteered as a coach in basketball, football, baseball and soccer on many occasions. He can often be seen at the local YMCA playing pickup games with his sons and offering training to other male or female players that are looking to improve. When the weather permits and time allows, Tony loves to get out on the golf course. He also enjoys camping, hiking, and canoeing/kayaking.

“To me, being a realtor should be less about making sales and more about helping people realize a goal,” he said. “These are, or soon will be, my neighbors and it’s important to me that they know I’m here for them.”
