Charges were withdrawn against two defendants during preliminary hearings held Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

William A. Eppiinger, 46, Dunkirk, NY. Eppinger had been charged with theft of secondary metal, theft, receiving stolen property, defiant trespass, loitering and prowling at night time, driving without a license, trespass by motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher L. Goodwill, 34, Titusville. Goodwill had been charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges of possession of unstamped cigarettes and disorderly conduct were re-cateogrized as non-traffic offenses.
