The following defendants pleaded guilty:

¯ Sam J. Hornacky, 20, Warren, to defiant trespass.

¯ Sierra L. Tannler, 30, Warren, to possession of a controlled substance.

Charges were withdrawn against the following:

¯ William J. Shamburg, III, 41, Sugar Grove. Shamburg had been charged with two counts of simple assault, harassment and strangulation.

¯ Burdette G. Thomas, III, 45, McKees Rocks, Pa. Thomas had been charged with resisting arrest. A count of public drunkenness was re-categorized as a non-traffic offense.

The following defendants were held for court:

¯ Matthew J. Gray, 34, Warren. Gray has been charged with four counts of terroristic threats, retaliation for past official action, defiant trespass and loitering and prowling at night time.

¯ Cleverson K. Knappenberger, 35, Warren. Knappenberger has been charged with corruption of minors, two counts of indecent assault and three counts of aggravated indecent assault.

¯ Mason T. Swanson, 32, Corry, Pa. Swanson has been charged with 20 counts of child pornography and criminal use of a communications facility.
