Five defendants pleaded guilty, charges were withdrawn against one while one was held for court during preliminary hearings on Wednesday at the Warren County Courthouse.

The following defendants entered guilty pleas:

¯ Stephen E. Breon, Jr., Youngsville, to statement under penalty. A count of materially false written statement — purchase, delivery, transfer of firearm was withdrawn.

¯ Rose M. Dawson, Clarendon, to possession of drug paraphernalia.

¯ Jose A. Rodriguez, Youngsville, to marijuana — small amount personal use. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn.

¯ Shawn R. Smith, Warren, to possession of a controlled substance.

¯ Tony W. Steinman, Sr., Warren, to possession of marijuana. A count of possession of drug paraphernalia was withdrawn.

Charges were withdrawn against Daniel J. Cuttler, Tidioute. Cuttler had been charged with terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment.

Tyler Constable, Erie, Pa., was held for court. Constable has been charged with possession with intent to deliver, three counts of possession of a controlled substance and four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
