Classes to lunch
The Warren High School class of 1956 will meet for lunch at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18, at Christie’s Downtown Pub and Grille.

The Youngsville High School class of 1963 will meet for lunch at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 19, at the Youngsville American Legion. All classmates, spouses, and friends are welcome.
Warren Beekeepers
The Warren Beekeepers will hold its first meeting of the year at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 17, at the Warren County Conservation District, 4000 Conewango Ave., at Hatch Run. Beekeepers and those interested in becoming beekeepers are encouraged to attend. Orders for bees will be taken at this meeting. Anyone with questions may contact Freda Pyles at 757-8162.
Holiday closing
The Warren-Forest Economic Opportunity Council will be closed Monday, Feb. 17, for President’s Day, and will reopen at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18.
Allegheny Outdoor Club
The Allegheny Outdoor Club will be skiing and or hiking at Allegheny State Park on Sunday, Feb. 16. Those interested are asked to meet at the warming hut at the Summit at 1:30 p.m. Dennis Anderson is the leader and can be reached at (716) 969-9772 for any questions.
Walk to End Alzheimer’s Committee meeting
The first planning meeting for the 2020 Warren Walk to End Alzheimer’s Disease is scheduled for noon Tuesday, Feb. 18. Join us for a light lunch at the Targeted Pets Office at 1003 Pennsylvania Ave. W. (the old Struthers offices along the river) meeting room on the third floor. Use the rear entrance. The date for the Walk is Saturday, Sept. 26, at Betts Field.
Prospective team captains, individuals, sponsors, former committee members, volunteers, and any other interested persons are invited to attend this kickoff meeting. Caregivers’ Support Group meeting
The February meeting of the Caregivers Support Group will be held at noon on Monday, Feb. 17, at the Grace United Methodist Church, Wesley Parlor, 501 PA Ave. E., Warren.
Karen Lucks, administrator and director of nursing at Cambridge Warren, will be guest speaker, presenting information about the new Memory Care Unit at Cambridge. As always, this meeting is open to the public for anyone interested in learning more about Cambridge or about Alzheimers’ and other dementias in general. Time will be allotted for questions, concerns, and perusing resources that are available. Those attending are asked to enter the building via the elevator entrance from the parking lot. 2nd Harvest Produce Express
The 2nd Harvest Produce Express will be at the Otterbein United Methodist Church, 258 Dalrymple St, Pittsfield, on Tuesday, March 3. Food pick-up will begin promptly at 3:30 p.m. 2nd Harvest will be serving 100 families on a first-come, first-serve basis. No pre-registration is necessary. Volunteer workers are asked to arrive by 2 p.m.

West Forest Elementary fundraiser
Gift Card Bingo and Senior Class Dinner will be held Friday, Feb. 21, at St. Anthony’s Church, Bridge St., Tionesta, benefitting the West Forest Elementary Honors Club’s trip to an amusement park.
Doors open at 4:30 p.m., dinner is from 5 to 7 p.m., and Bingo is at 6:30 p.m.
Dinner — pasta bar — is $8 for adults and $6 for students. Takeout is available.
Bingo — $5 for one card, $10 for three cards, with 15 games of Bingo. There are over $800 in total prizes.

Student to present
Renee Taylor will be speaking on her experience studying abroad in Cape Town, South Africa, at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 23, at Saron Lutheran Church. The presentation will include photos and stories along with displays and a sample of desserts from Cape Town. There is no cost for the event.

Conewango Speakeasy
Conewango Speakeasy, a fundraiser for the Conewango Creek Watershed Association, will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 29, at Warren Moose, 422 Pennsylvania Ave., W., Warren. Tickets are $25 per ticket or two for $40 through Feb, 16. After Feb. 16, tickets are $30 per ticket or two for $50.
The event includes food, fun, door prizes, music, and wine/beer/spirits tasting. Bring extra cash for a 50/50 and basket raffles. Costumes are recommended, but optional.
