Possession. Reginald M. Hillard, 33, Corry, was charged by City of Warren police on Dec. 27 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from an incident that occurred on Oct. 16 in the City of Warren.

Possession. Gregory L. Berry, 33, Corry, was charged by City of Warren police on Dec. 28 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a vehicle unsafe equipment violation from an incident that occurred on Oct. 16 in the City of Warren.

DUI. Samantha D. Acevedo, 38, Warren, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Dec. 22 with endangering the welfare of children, two counts of DUI, back up vehicle improperly, disregard traffic lane and careless driving from an incident that occurred on Dec. 17 in Conewango Twp.

W. Warren County — District Judge Todd Woodin

DUI. Christopher J. Wybiral, 26, Pittsfield, was charged by Warren-based Pennsylvania State Police on Dec. 21 with two counts of DUI, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, careless driving, turning movements and required signals, disregard traffic lane, driving at safe speed, fail to carry registration and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility from an incident that occurred on Dec. 4 in Pittsfield Twp.
