Tim and Pam Meley, of Warren, are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter Melissa, to Doulgas Swatsworth, son of Richard and Debbie Swatsworth of Curwensville, PA. Melissa is a graduate of Warren Area High School and Jamestown Business College. She is employed at the Warren Medical Group Orthopedic office. Douglas is a graduate of Curwensville Area High School and Triangle Tech. He is employed at Pennsylvania Department of Transportation as a Construction Inspector. An August 25, 2018 wedding is being planned in Warren.
