Jeff and Brenda Walters of Warren are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Marie Walters, of Monroeville, Pa, to Thomas Vincent McElhaney, of Monroeville, Pa. He is the son of Thomas and Filippina McElhaney of Plum, Pa.

An October 2017 wedding is planned at the Holy Redeemer Church in Warren.
