Lacy Jane Rowley, of Sugar Grove, the daughter of Jeff and Marlene Rowley, and Tobin Michael Kagle, of Tidioute, the son of Scott and Shelley Kagle, have announced their engagement.

Tobin and Lacy met at a wedding and hit things off right away. Both work at the Warren State Hospital, and look forward to a beautiful fall wedding on Oct. 21, 2017, in Tidioute.
