Trap ResultsCompetition for the Penn York Winter Trap League continued this week at the Busti Trap Club. Sugar Grove was the leading team, followed by Kalbfus. Chris Kibbey, Jim Hannon, Michael McDunn and Vern Brown had perfect scores.Shelby Proctor was the high female sub junior, Hunter Trawick and Logan Muir each shot 48's to tie for the high sub junior males. Junior high hoopsThe Sheffield junior high girls defeated Forest 36-32 in triple-overtime Friday to cap off their 2015 season.Sheffield overcame four-point deficits in the last minute of the fourth quarter, and each of the first two overtimes.Marissa Grubbs' 15-foot bank shot with under 10 seconds to play in the fourth quarter sent the game to overtime. Kinzua soccerThe Kinzua U-12 Girls soccer team is one step closer to completing their third-straight undefeated season with their 4-1 win last Sunday over the Clarion Strikers. The girls made quick work of the Strikers scoring just 15 seconds into the game.
