Alissa Cameronsoftball tournamentThe inaugural Alissa Cameron Birthday Scholarship Softball Tournament will be held on September 12 at Callahan Park in Bradford. The registration fee for each team is $150 and includes a shirt for each player. This as well as your team name, players names and shirt sizes are to be submitted no later than Monday, August 31. Each team will have a different color shirt with sponsors on the back. Golf tournamentThe second annual Scandia Mountain Open will be held Saturday, August 22 at Blueberry Hill Golf Course. The tournament, which benefits the Scandia Volunteer Fire Department, will be a scramble format. Mixed and women's teams are welcome. The price is $55 for members and $75 for non-members. Jr. high hoopsThis year's junior high girls basketball season at Eisenhower will begin three weeks later than normal in an effort to match schedules with a larger number of schools.
