County Tax Claim Bureau reminds owners of June 30 deadline

Property owners with delinquent real estate taxes have until June 30 to settle their accounts or enter into a payment agreement with the Warren County Tax Claim Bureau if they wish to avoid having their properties listed in the newspaper. According to the Tax Claim Bureau, taxes must be paid in full or a payment agreement must be signed in the office by 4 pm on June 30. Property owners who enter into an agreement are required to pay 25% of all delinquent taxes owed to the bureau and complete the necessary paperwork. The Warren County School District will address several items with second readings of policies regarding technology, social media and internet safety.
