The City of Warren Department of Public Works will begin its annual leaf collection program Monday, Oct. 12. City crews will collect leaves throughout Warren each day, with collection efforts concentrated in areas with the greatest need. Residents are asked to place leaves on the lawn or along the curb, but not in the street. Piled leaves will be collected using the city’s leaf vacuum machines, while bagged leaves will be picked up separately by another city truck.
