Three sentenced to jail time

A Warren man has been sentenced to at least 3.75 years of confinement after pleading guilty in April to a harassment charge. Ralph T. Munt, 58, had been charged with simple assault and harassment. The simple assault charge was not prosecuted, with Munt instead pleading guilty to harassment. He was sentenced Friday by President Judge Gregory Hammond in the Court of Common Pleas to 45 to 90 months of confinement. Hammond also sentenced Brandon M.
