County approves 18 reassessment challenges

Warren County has reached tax assessment settlements with 18 property owners representing roughly one-third of the ongoing reassessment challenges the county is facing. The 18 challenges represented $9,460,296 in total assessed value. Settlements decreased that amount to $7,368,285. Nathaniel Schmidt, county solicitor, said reductions total about $16,000 in tax revenue for the county.
