‘Award of Excellence’ Patti S. Blum, the owner of Patti’s Tax Service of Sheffield, was recently presented the “Award of Excellence for 2019” by the PA Chapter of the National Association of Tax Professionals (PANATP) at its Annual Conference in State College. PANATP has over 1,100 members within the state and is an affiliate of NATP, the largest Tax Professional Organization in the country. Closed Street Liberty Street between Third and Fourth avenues in Warren will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 10. According to City of Warren Assistant Director of Public Works Jeff Zavinski, National Fuel Gas will cut into the street near the northern — Fourth Avenue — end of the block to install a new main. The job is expected to be completed in one day. Those needing to go to the Post Office or Canterbury Court will be able to do so from the Third Avenue side, Zavinski said.
