Kathrine Rosalie Dunkle Heath passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at the Rouse Home in Youngsville, Pennsylvania. She was 90 years old. Katy was born February 18, 1933, on her grandfather’s farm in Accord, Ulster County, New York. When she was about 3 years old her family packed up and moved to a farm in Freehold Township, Warren County, Pennsylvania. The whole family worked together to make the farm a success, and they helped many friends and extended family to have enough food during the Depression.
