Community Free Day
The Warren County YMCA is offering Community Free Day the first Saturday of every month, beginning Jan. 6.
At times there are events and classes that will limit gym space, but the pool and other areas of the YMCA will be accessible. If you and your family are interested in Community Free Day, register at the front desk. They can help you with activities available each Community Free Day. The YMCA’s website at www.warrenymca.org will also have schedules available for the pool and gyms.
Deerfield Township meetings
Regular monthly meetings for Deerfield Township in 2018 will be at the Deerfield Township Municipal Building at 7 p.m. on the second Monday of each month: The dates are as follows:
January 8, February 12, March12, April 9, May 14, June 11, July 9, August 13, September 10, October 8, November 12, and December 10, 2017.
Bridge results
Thursday afternoon at the Woman’s Club, Marjorie Polito placed first with Donna Holding in second. Connie Michell and Susan Swab were first and second Thursday evening at the library.
The annual January bridge marathon begins this Friday at 10 a.m. at the Woman’s Club.
Hospice donations
Hospice of Warren County received contributions during the month of December, enhancing the care we give to our patients, their families, and the community we serve.
