A Youngsville man was jailed Friday on $100,000 bail after allegedly using Facebook Messenger to have lewd and unlawful discussions with an alleged 15-year-old girl. Raymond L. Champlin, 53, of Youngsville was charged first-degree unlawful contact with a minor – sexual offenses; third-degree felony unlawful contact with a minor – open lewdness and third-degree criminal use of a communication facility.
