The Community Foundation of Warren County has announced the 2025-2026 academic year recipient of the Paula Southwell Memorial Scholarship, Lexi Paris. Paris will be attending Penn State University pursuing a degree in Materials Science and Engineering. The Paula Southwell Memorial Scholarship is designated for all Warren County graduating seniors who display the characteristics of Paula Southwell, including leadership, intelligence, passion, and determination.
