The National Weather Service in State College has issued a tornado watch for Warren County until 10 p.m. tonight.

Scattered severe thunderstorms with damaging winds 60 mph or greater and large hail exceeding 1 inch in diameter are possible this afternoon and evening. Tornadoes are possible.
