The intersection of East St. Clair St. and Crescent Park coming off the Hickory Street Bridge coming away from the city will be closed down all day Wednesday for paving. Traffic will need to utilize Wayne Street to get to St. Clair before the railroad tracks. The intersection will reopen late Wednesday afternoon or early Wednesday evening.
