Lady Dragons drop contest to McDowell 45-29

ERIE — The Warren girls basketball team lost Thursday when they were on the road versus McDowell. The Trojans completed the regular-season sweep over the Dragons with a 45-29 win. A fast start and a 20-point first quarter enabled the Trojans to take the early lead and maintain that lead for the entire game. Despite the loss, the Dragons clinched a playoff berth with their win over Erie High earlier this week. MEADVILLE — The Warren boys and girls swim teams swept Meadville on Thursday as they were on the road to take on the Bulldogs.
