Jakubczak belts HR, but Knights lose at Lakeview 6-2

Caleb Jakubczak hit a two-run home run in the top of the seventh inning, but it wasn’t enough as Eisenhower dropped a 6-2 baseball decision at Lakeview on Friday. The Knights were able to load the bases with one out after Jakubczak’s home run, but hit into an unassisted double play to end the game. Michael Palmieri started on the hill for Eisenhower, threw five innings and gave up three earned runs. Wesley Wood came on in relief and threw a clean sixth inning.
