Two Eisenhower track records fall
CORRY — The Eisenhower track teams split with nonregion Corry on Tuesday, with the Knights boys winning 92-58 and the girls losing 95.5-50.5. Two new Eisenhower records were set in the boys meet. Junior Chase Myers broke Noah VanHouten’s 110-meter high hurdles record of 15.01 which was set in 2016, with a time of 14.84 seconds Tuesday. Freshman Alex VanGelder broke Brad Ludwick’s longstanding record of 141 feet, 8.5 inches in the discus, which had stood since 1985, with a toss of 153 feet, 5 inches.
